To update your shipping address after ordering, email help@edamani.com within 1 hour of purchase. We’ll do our best!
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Log into your account and check Order History.
- Still nothing? Email hello@edamani.com with your order number — we’ll help!

If your order appears there, you’re good to go. If not, contact us.
Yes! Simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll resend the email to you. If you want to receive it to your different email, please send us your email address at hello@edamani.com

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track it anytime via your Order History when logged in.
Log into your account and go to Order History to see if your order is processing, shipped, or delivered.We also send email updates along the way.
If it’s been over a week with no updates, contact us at hello@edamani.com. Include your order number and we’ll look into it.
Before shipping: Yes, if it hasn’t been packed yet. Email us ASAP within 1 hour of ordering.
After shipping: Sorry, orders that are fulfilled cannot be canceled.

After fulfillment: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address.

Changes can be made within 1 hour if it hasn't shipped. After that, we’ll check with our warehouse, but changes aren’t guaranteed.
