You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return requirements:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• A $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our return label.

To start a return, visit our Return Center or email hello@edamani.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. If you used our return label, $6.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@edamani.com with:

• Your order number
• Product name
• Clear photos of the defect
• Photo of the LOT number (if available)

We’ll review and help you with a solution quickly.
